To secure your appointment, a $113 deposit for colour ($56.50 for haircuts) is required at the time of booking. To confirm your appointment, deposits must be sent via e-transfer to massodashairstudio@gmail.com.

A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for any appointment changes. Rescheduling is permitted within the notice period. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future appointment within 6 months of the original booking date. Missed appointments and late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly for parking, traffic, weather, and unforeseen delays. As a professional studio operating on a strict schedule, we are unable to accommodate clients who arrive late, as doing so impacts subsequent appointments and client experience.

For best results, please ensure hair is washed within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Excessively dirty hair will require a wash and will incur an additional $25 fee or in extreme cases your appointment may be cancelled and deposited forfeited.
